You want a short and straight forward answer. I always sweat to answer that question. please bear with me to explain a bit in my own way.

We are a General Talk boards. We are a friendly bunch of people looking forward to have a good time sharing opinions and fun through different kind of topics. We have what you are expecting to find ina General talk board: A bit of everything and some surprises. A full community in English, that is our main dish.

The 'Spanish half' has the same structure than the English one. The English side is a full community in itself. If you don't want to be involved with the Spanish part of the site, it will not reduce the good time that you can get from a complete general community.

Most likely all you've really seen is the index. It has been 'compacted' on purpose for easy navigation between both communities.

Yes. Some of this sections are member introductions, interviews and other community areas, that will remain inaccessible unless you register an account with us, and log in with it.

To protect our members.

We hide from visitors certain community areas, so if a stalker is looking for a certain person they won't read their intro thread, their answers to our interview game and other similar information.

We have the trusted area filter -not to differ veterans from new members but- to make it difficult for those who register just to do plagiarism or tries to bully or troll. To get the deep info they want they will need to post a considerable amount. The more they have to post the more data we can collect from them to send to their ISP provider if necessary. we try our best that you feel in trust with us to share what is important to you.

I understand that and I respect your position. If you want I can tell you what are them, show you screenshots of how the board looks like... but unfortunatelly I cannot let you browse through them. If you have read the questions above I trust you understand my reasons.

By staff I mean any Administrator, Moderator and similar ranked members of the board that helps to enforce the rules and keep the board healthy and appealing.

Most likely because even if we considered X to be a good addition to the team, the boards activity doesn't demand us to pick anyone else. Or it could be simply because we don't consider X better than some other candidates for whatever position we got available.

All my staff is there because they gained my trust. So don't expect to find a "need mod, apply here" kind of threads, if someone is seem fit for the role she or him will be contacted privately. I don't want people that think being a moderator is a medal to show. Asking to be part of the staff makes you look like someone hungry-for-power and therefore will only take you farther from ever becoming one. So please, never ask. Gain my trust, show me by building a good reputation and being a regular, that you are interested in helping to the well being of the boards.

For staff I need people that will continue creating posts and threads through the boards to avoid inactivity. Maybe not a daily bases but often enough so I can notice it. So I will consider people that not only log is often, but that have something to contribute. So if you want to be a moderator don't tell me, just show us with actions you are mature, active, enthusiastic and overall a positive influence for the community in general.

2. SPAM only in SPAMTASTIC.
3. Use your account with responsibility!

No. We are not. We deal with each case independently.Depending the severity of your actions you might get a verbal warning, a suspension or a ban.

As much as I'd love to scare you away by saying yes, you can breath tranquil because me starting the sentence that way means we do not. I don't like them, so it is very little likely we will ever use them.

Any user breaking the rules will get an infraction. However, it will be treated it depending on how 'severe' the staff consider it to be.

• A) WARNING.
  We understand that there will be people who will break the rules without realising they are doing it, specially the SPAM can related ones. Users in this case will usually get a warning advice by the staff through PM or the thread with the post with the issue. If you obey the indications, nothing else has to happen.
  
  
  
• B) TEMPORARY SUSPENSION.
  Maybe you decided to ignore a warning, acted disrespectful towards our staff or both things, case is, we grant you some days off the boards to cool off. Once you're back, you can choose to abide by the rules and let everything be put in the past or escalate your situation with more deliberate misbehaving that will eventually lead to the termination of your account. Sometimes first offenders may get an instant suspension, if the staff consider that the user acted deliberately against the rules.
  
  
  
• C) PERMANENT BAN.
  Stubborn users that decide not to leave the past behind and repeatedly breaks the rules, they reached the "hopeless" point, and the staff has decided not to spend more of their time babysitting them.

  • hacks another member account, being staff or not.
    
  • enters an area (s)he's not supposed to.
    
  • post porn or link to it in any part of the boards, including his profile information.
    
  • menaces to harm a member or the boards.
    
  • plagiarises someone else's work (ie. Fanart, novel...).
    
  • impersonates.
    
    And anything else the staff members considers to be severe enough to get kicked out for life from this place.

Even though ROCZUZ cannot give you 100% guarantee, you can be sure we have tried our best so your work is not collected by visitors. Members have to contribute with almost a hundred posts in order to share and view other members works. This way, you can feel tranquil about who will see your works.

ROCZUZ will not disclose to anyone else your works and only will use stuff your created when you have given us explicit consent.

Forumotion or foroactivo is a free host and provider of tools to create your own forum. Therefore in order for this forum to keep running, we have to be in accordance to the Terms of Service I accepted in order to create the current boards you are posting on.

If am reluctant to add some feature or section, most likely it is because I am afraid of breaking their terms.

The chatbox is basically tied by the general Rules: be coherent, be respectul and play safe!
We consider it a loose section where some flood and even posting links is allowed, so long you are not flooding us with them. Same with curse words, I understand some may slip but try to keep it clean.
Be aware that if you behaviour is considered an nuisance you may be kicked out from it. The chat keeps an archive of everything said and which member did, we have access to it.

Yes. It is usually pretty inactive to be honest, so it rarely last visible. I am always willing to try to set it up for the community is that what they want. Currently, we have it at the portal.
